From the east take the junction after the Tavistock junction, or
From the West take the 2nd junction after the Tamar Bridge
(not counting the roundabout at the East end of the bridge)
This is the “Weston Mill” junction marked “Devonport B 3496”
(Marked as "A 3064" on this and other maps.)
Take the only road available for about a mile
(Beware of the 50 mph
limit, there are sometimes mobile speed traps on this section
and beware the fixed camera a couple of hundred yards after the 30 mph limit.)
Just after the speed camera and immediately after the fire station, turn RIGHT at the FIRST set of traffic lights into Carlton Terrace.
Go up the hill to the top of Carlton Terrace
and follow the main road sharp right into Bridwell Road.
Go over the first crossroads
No64 is on the near left corner of the 2nd crossroads, with the
Weston Mill pub opposite on the near right corner.
St Philips C of E Church is on the far left corner and a vacant shop on the far right.
Parking is easiest up Northumberland Street to the Left, but it is a bit steep.
The door is on the side of the building in Northumberland Street,
opposite St Philips
Church, near the junction.

From Plymouth City Centre
From North Cross Roundabout (near the Railway Station),
Take the A386 Signposted to Tavistock.
Down the hill, under the railway bridge to Pennycomequick Roundabout.
Take the 2nd exit (Straight On) up Alma Road.
Take the Left Filter at the end of Alma Road, as you are passing the Bus Depot on your left,
But go Straight On through the 2 sets of lights:
between 'Herr Cutz' the barbers on your left,
and the Britannia Wetherspoons Pub on your right,
into the beginning of Wolseley Road.
Continue on Wolseley Road over a roundabout (2nd exit)
to the 4th set of junction lights
(not counting pedestrian lights.)
Turn Right at these 4th lights
(opposite the Camel's Head entrance to the dockyard and signposted to A38)
onto the B 3469, Weston Mill Drive -
and Turn IMMEDIATELY LEFT at the next lights into Carlton Terrace.
Go up the hill to the top of Carlton Terrace
and follow the main road sharp right into Bridwell Road.
